Editorial Policies

Focus and Scope

Journal of Management and Training for Industries (JMTI) is a peer reviewed journal published by the Institute of Industrial Applications Engineers, Japan and is indexed by ProQuest, EBOSCO and JSTOR. It aims to provide academic professionals, researchers, policy-makers and practitioners a forum to discuss issues and newly emerging trends in the field of management and training for industries from a multi-disciplinary perspective. Both review and original papers are welcome as long as they are of high quality. We especially look forward to articles covering a wide range of topics with the latest information. Contributions with significant theoretical and practical implications will be given serious focus and attention. Papers should be written either in English or Japanese.

Peer Review Process

All submitted articles to our journal is required to undergo a double blind peer-review process. Reviewers will conduct their review work independently for the manuscript. The editor will make decisions based on the comments from the reviewers. Once there is strong disagreement about the review results from the two reviewers, a third reviewer will be asked to get involved in the review process.

 

Publication Frequency

Journal of Management and Training for Industries (JMTI) is a peer-review journal published twice every year. Submission is welcome anytime and the peer-review process will be finished within two month.

 

Open Access Policy

Journal of Management and Training for Industries (JMTI) provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research available to the public for free supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
