Call for Editors

Journal of Management and Training for Industries (JMTI) is a peer reviewed journal which aims to provide academic professionals, researchers, policy-makers and practitioners a forum to discuss issues and newly emerging trends in the field of management and training for industries from a multi-disciplinary perspective. It is a new journal to be published by the Institute of Industrial Applications Engineers in Japan (http://www.ia-engineers.org/).

We are now inviting professionals interested in this journal to join our editorial team for a two year renewable term. Editing the journal is a critical contribution to create a lively, rigorous and wide-ranging discussion among researchers, administrators and practitioners. It is also a good chance for self-improvement in intellectuality and knowledge learning. We particularly encourage scholars with expertise in management and training to help us to develop theoretical and practical integration for the journal and promote the quality of the journal from a broad view.

The journal normally appears twice a year, in autumn and in spring. The first issue will come in 2014. It is fully managed by using the Open Journal System for the electronic submission and peer reviewing. Duties of the editors include:

* reviewing submissions

* making suggestions on the contents of the journal issues

* promoting the journal by introducing it to more readers and authors

Prospective applicants should email their resumes to Prof. Rong Zhang at zhang@nishitech.ac.jp to register interest and for inquiries. Please refer to the web site for details of the journal. There will be a member change at the end of March every year.
